Video as easy as
Lights. Camera. LFT Phi.
Weird name. Cool Story.
We make no secret about it, we love the city of Philadelphia. (Trust the Process!)
Sarah and Josh met, fell in love, and started their lives together in the City of Brotherly Love. Sarah was selling insurance and Josh managed a small store in a local mall. They were happy.
Then the economy tanked… Josh and Sarah had to leave Philly.
New careers and new challenges awaited. As fate would have it, Josh’s employer asked him if he knew how to design a logo. “Nope. But I will figure it out,” was the reply.
And that swept Josh and Sarah into the creative world of marketing.
15 years later, LFT Phi Creative was born. We wanted to pay homage to the city where our lives began and nod to the journey that we have been on since we left.
Neither of us had any inklings that marketing and video production would be our future. Perhaps we would have never found this path if we hadn’t LFT Phi.
A wise man once said, you must have a code. And this is ours. We publish it publicly because we want to be held accountable on our way to earning your business.

We will be 1 percent less worse than the day before.
Each day is a journey to becoming more proficient, more gracious, more knowledgeable, and more helpful. That’s a good thing.
-
If we aren’t the best fit for your business we won’t waste your time.
-
Generosity and compassion are evidence of becoming better each day. Not marketing stunts.
-
We deliver products that are the best we can produce.
We communicate the best that we can within our current bandwidth.
We create customer service experiences to the limits of our abilities.
-
We set lofty goals and are humble enough to realize that we will fall short eventually. We own this. We will learn from this. It will make us a better business partner.
